Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this time may not be possible. Orders can still be returned for a full refund after they are received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, PayPal) payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Please allow extra time during holidays and busy sale periods. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped shortly after processing. We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery may take 2–4 weeks depending on your location.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices on our website may not include import duties or taxes. Depending on your country, customs fees or taxes may be charged once your order arrives. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Please contact us immediately at meranossm@gmail.com and include your order number, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit or debit card refunds usually take 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve the cancellation. If you have not received your refund, please contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.
